Terms & Conditions:
To become the part of Travellem Club you have to follow our policies. All Participants will be handed over the Policy Document in which each participant should sign before the departure of trip.

Please go through the following terms and conditions:
1 – Change in plan or cost may occur due to traffic jams/landslides or any other natural disaster.
2 – Seats in Coaster/Cabin will only be changed by the tour organizer w.r.t to families and couple ratio.
PKR1000/- will be extra charged if someone wants to reserve a specific seat (if available).
3 – The members will take care that they are not involved in any character failing activity during trip.
4 – Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or any weapon with them.
5 – Please take care about other participants’ respect; anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip.
6 – In case of any unwanted weather condition, landslide or any natural disaster, the Travellem’s management will decide the possible step to be taken.
7 – If due to some political issues or any other unwanted situation, the trip is cancelled before departure, then all participants will be paid back 80% of the total dues.
8 – (i) 80% deduction on total amount or full initial deposit, if any one cancels their booking in last 2 days before departure.
     (ii) 100% deduction on total amount or full initial deposit, if any one cancels their booking in last 08 hours before          departure.
9 – For any unwanted situation caused by the participant, organizers will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.
10 – In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings of the participant during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
11 – Twin sharing rooms are only for families and married couples.
12 – On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in the change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the leader and the guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
13 – Please bring National Identity Card with you (mandatory).
14 – Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of the members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanche and crevasse falls or any other accidents for sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
15 – Change in fuel of hotel rates will cause in increase in budget which will update accordingly.
16 – In Case of By Air Trips, please check the terms and conditions of Airlines.
